Steven's suggestion seems more sensible.
sed 's/CONFIG_PRINTK_NMI/CONFIG_PRINTK_NMI_BACKTRACE/g'
sed 's/printk_nmi/printk_nmib/g'
or
sed 's/printk_nmi/nmi_backtrace/g'
might work well.
