http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/akpm/patches/2.6/2.6.6/2.6.6-mm4/

(kernel.org is being extremely slow - this may take a while to turn up)

- A series of patches from Hugh to take the VM from `anonmm' to `anon_vma'.

- Various knfsd updates

- The ramdisk driver was phenomenally broken. Seems to work OK now.

- Re-added the backing-store-for-sysfs patches

- Various other random stuff.

Changes since 2.6.6-mm3:

Sorry about the timeliness of the compile stats over the last week
or so. Here are compile stats for the 2.6.6* drops for both
Linus' kernel and Andrew's kernel patches. The links at the
bottom point to the full details for the compiles (defconfig,

This causes a compilation error due to a symbol with the same name in
drivers/media/radio/radio-cadet.c:

<--  snip  -->

...
  CC drivers/media/radio/radio-cadet.o
drivers/media/radio/radio-cadet.c:48: error: `readq' redeclared as
different kind of symbol
include/asm/io.h:368: error: previous declaration of `readq'
make[3]: *** [drivers/media/radio/radio-cadet.o] Error 1

Hello!

I got a compile error compiling the following:

   LD .tmp_vmlinux1
arch/i386/kernel/built-in.o(.text+0x1247f): In function `hpet_rtc_interrupt':
: undefined reference to `rtc_interrupt'
arch/i386/kernel/built-in.o(.text+0x124aa): In function `hpet_rtc_interrupt':
: undefined reference to `rtc_get_rtc_time'
make: *** [.tmp_vmlinux1] Error 1

I switched on 'HPET Timer Support' and 'Provide RTC interrupt'
It works fine without 'Provide RTC interrupt'.

I'm using gcc 3.3.3 and binutils 2.15.90.0.3.

Regards,
Andreas Hartmann
