Originally based on a patch from Eric Biederman, but heavily changed.

PAT set as below
PAT(0,WB) | PAT(1,WT) | PAT(2,WC) | PAT(3,UC)
So, only change from boot setting is UC_MINUS -> WC.

Also, PAT WC is enabled only on recent Intel CPUs. Other CPUs can be added as
they are tested with these patches.
