(DIV_ROUND_UP(addr+len, PAGE_SIZE) - ((addr) >> PAGE_SHIFT)))

or maybe better

(PAGE_ALIGN(addr+len) >> PAGE_SHIFT - ((addr) >> PAGE_SHIFT))

No, this won't work (it's not equivalent).
