Just a note for the final submission- the kernel should always build
through a series of changes and we rely on this for git bisect so submit
the Makefile and Kconfig as the last patches that way it works out nicely.

This is not a Kbuild file, it's a Makefile file.

Really? This file is originally based on 2003? I find that very hard
to believe.

Makefiles are not "programs", please remove this from the Makefile, it
is not needed.
