Couple of patches to enable pwm-tiecap driver to be used with TI's new
AM654 platforms.

Add a new compatible string "ti,am654-ecap" to support PWM ECAP IP of
TI AM654 SoC.

K3 devices have the same ECAP IP as OMAP SoCs. Enable driver to be built
for K3 devices. Also, drop reference to AM33xx in help text, as IP is
found on multiple TI SoCs.

I forgot to push out those patches to for-next. Done that now. It's
quite late for those to go in, but since these don't touch any code
it looks okay.
